Hadith 5:730
Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: There is no harm in you placing your Zakat upon your relatives, as long as they are not among your dependents.
حدثنا حفص عن بن جريج عن عطاء عن بن عباس قال لا بأس أن تجعل زكاتك في ذوي قرابتك ما لم يكونوا في عيالك
