Hadith 5:766
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: I said to 'Ata', "A man whose debt is more than his wealth has a harvest, so he harvests it. Should he pay its due on the day of its harvest?" He said, "What do you see?" (I said, "We see that) upon the man whose debt is more than his wealth, there is no charity (due) on his livestock nor on his capital, except that he should pay its due on the day of its harvest, the day he harvests it."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن بن جريج قال قلت لعطاء حرث لرجل دينه أكثر من ماله فحصد أيؤدي حقه يوم حصاده فقال ما ترى ( ( ( نرى ) ) ) على الرجل دينه أكثر من ماله من صدق ( ( ( صدقة ) ) ) في ماشيته ولا في أصل إلا أن يؤدي حقه يوم حصاده يوم يحصده
