Hadith 5:771
Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Muhajir, from his father, from Ziyad ibn Hudayr, who said: Umar sent me to collect the tithes (al-‘ushur), and he commanded me not to search anyone.
