Hadith 5:784
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from his father, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: It is taken from the People of the Dhimma: from every twenty dirhams, one dirham. And from the People of War: from every ten dirhams, one dirham. And from the People of the Dhimma, if they trade in wine: from every ten dirhams, one dirham.
حدثنا بن إدريس عن أبيه عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال يؤخذ من أهل الذمة من كل عشرين درهما درهم ومن أهل الحرب من كل عشرة دراهم درهم ومن أهل الذمة إذا اتجروا في الخمر من كل عشرة دراهم درهم
