Hadith 5:792
Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, from Ali ibn al-Hakam, who said: I heard al-Dahhak ibn Muzahim saying: "Indeed, alms are for the poor and the needy." He said: The poor are those who emigrated, and the needy are those who did not emigrate.
حدثنا أبو خالد عن جرير بن حازم عن علي بن الحكم قال سمعت الضحاك بن مزاحم يقول @QB@ إنما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين @QE@ 1 قال الفقراء ( ( ( الفقراؤ ) ) ) الذين هاجروا والمساكين الذين لم يهاجروا
