Hadith 5:804
Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Mu'awiyah ibn Salih, from Abu Hashim, from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, who said: The land tax (kharaj) is upon the land, and the tithe (ushr) is upon the grain.
