Hadith 5:807
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn al-Mughirah, the son-in-law of Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak, narrated to us, from Abu Hamzah al-Sakuni, from al-Sha'bi, who said: "Land tax (kharaj) and tithe (ushr) do not combine in one land."
