Hadith 5:808
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Tumaylah Yahya ibn Wadih narrated to us, from Abu al-Munib, from Ikrimah, he said: "Land tax (kharaj) and tithe (ushr) do not combine in one property."
