Hadith 5:841
Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, who said: Regarding what Ibrahim used to issue fatwas on—whether it was concerning an expiation for an oath, or in purchasing, or in feeding sixty poor persons, or in what he said regarding the tithe (ushr) and half the tithe—he said: He used to issue fatwas based on the Hajjaji qafiz. He said: It is the sa'.
