Hadith 5:848
Sharik narrated to us, from Jabir, from Sharik ibn Namlah: Ali sent me as a collector for the charity (zakat). He said: My brother accompanied me, and I gave charity. He said: I carried my brother on a camel, and I said: "If Ali approves of it, then it is (from the charity), otherwise it is from my own wealth." When I arrived to him, I told him the story of my brother. He said: "You have a share in it."
حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن شريك بن نملة بعثني علي ساعيا على الصدقة قال فصحبني أخي فتصدقت قال فحملت أخي على بعير فقلت إن أجازه علي وإلا فهو من مالي فلما قدمت عليه قصصت عليه قصة أخي فقال لك فيه نصيب
