Hadith 5:856
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: I asked about a man who lends to the people of the land, and he has a debt [owed to him]; should he pay Zakat on it? He said: Yes.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال سألت عن الرجل يسلف إلى أهل الأرض ويكون له الدين أيزكيه قال نعم
