Hadith 5:902
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that some dates from the charity dates were brought to him. Al-Hasan ibn Ali took a date and chewed it in his mouth. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: "Kakh, kakh! Do you not know that charity is not permissible for us?"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن محمد بن زياد عن أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه اتي بتمر من تمر الصدقة فتناول الحسن بن علي تمرة فلاكها في فيه فقال له رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كخ كخ انا لا تحل لنا الصدقة
