Hadith 5:922
Abu Mu’awiyah narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Muhammad ibn ‘Ubayd Allah, who said: Umar imposed [tax] upon the Sawad, and he mentioned the like of the hadith of Ibn Mushir.
