Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 5:925

Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn Salih, from Aban ibn Taghlib, from a man, from ‘Umar, that he imposed [a tax] on palm trees, on the two types of fresh dates, and on the Persian [variety], one dirham. And Waki’ said once: From Aban, from Ibrahim.
