Hadith 5:929
10730. Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Mandil, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, who said: "One for whom charity is lawful shall not be given the Sadaqat al-Fitr." He said: And al-Zuhri said: "He performs the right of Allah, and he takes it."
