Hadith 5:948
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, he said: Ash'ath informed us, from al-Hasan, that he said regarding a man who bought a soul (slave) from his Zakat and freed him, then the soul died and left an inheritance: He said: He should direct it (the inheritance) into the places of Zakat.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معاذ بن معاذ قال أخبرنا أشعث عن الحسن أنه قال في رجل اشترى من زكاته نسمة فأعتقها فماتت النسمة وتركت ميراثا قال يوجهها في مواضع الزكاة
