Hadith 5:949
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from 'Imran al-Qattan, he said: Al-Hasan was asked: Is there Zakat upon a woman in her wealth that is in the possession of her husband? He said: If he is wealthy, then she must pay its Zakat.
