Hadith 5:950
10751. Ishaq al-Azraq narrated to us, from Juaybir, from al-Dahhak, that he said: It is upon the woman to pay zakat on her dowry if it is owed by her husband, provided he is wealthy. If he is poor, then there is nothing upon her.
حدثنا إسحاق الأزرق عن جويبر عن الضحاك أنه قال على المرأة أن تزكي مهرها إذا كان على زوجها إن كان موسرا وإن كان فقيرا فليس عليها شيء
