Hadith 5:965
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr al-'Abdi narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn Sa'd narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is in the 'araya (unclaimed/abandoned land) or the inhabited village?" He said: "In it and in the rikaz (buried treasure) is one-fifth."
