Hadith 5:971
Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il bin Abi Khalid, from al-Sha’bi, that a man found one thousand and five hundred [dirhams] in a ruin. He came to ‘Ali and he said: "Pay its fifth, and you shall have three-fifths of it, and we will make the remaining fifth lawful for you."
حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي أن رجلا وجد في خربة الفا وخمسمائة فأتى عليا فقال أد خمسها ولك ثلاثة أخماسها وسنطيب لك الخمس الباقي
