Hadith 5:974
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Layth, from Abu Qays Abd al-Rahman ibn Tharwan, from Hudhayl, who said: A man came to Abdullah and said: "I found two hundred dirhams." Abdullah said: "I do not see that the wealth of the Muslims has reached this amount. I consider it buried treasure of ancient wealth, so pay one-fifth of it into the public treasury (Bayt al-Mal) and take what remains."
حدثنا بن إدريس عن ليث عن أبي قيس عبد الرحمن بن ثروان عن هزيل ( ( ( هذيل ) ) ) قال جاء رجل إلى عبد الله فقال إني وجدت مئتين ( ( ( مئين ) ) ) من الدراهم فقال عبد الله لا أرى للمسلمين ( ( ( المسلمين ) ) ) بلغت أموالهم هذا أراه ركاز مال عادي فأد خمسه في بيت المال وخذ ما بقي
