Hadith 5:976
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Asim, from al-Hasan, who said: If treasure is found in the land of the enemy, then in it is the fifth. And if it is found in the land of the Arabs, then in it is the Zakat.
حدثنا أبو معاوية عن عاصم عن الحسن قال إذا وجد الكنز في أرض العدو ففيه الخمس وإذا وجد في أرض العرب ففيه الزكاة
