Hadith 5:99
Ya'la ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, who said: It reached us that Salim ibn 'Abd Allah used to say: "We have the document of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab regarding the Zakat of camels, yet no one asked us about it until 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz came to us. So we sent it to him. And it was in the document that 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz wrote when he sent them to collect Zakat: 'There is no Zakat on camels until they reach five.'"
حدثنا يعلى بن عبيد عن يحيى بن سعيد قال بلغنا أن سالم بن عبد الله كان يقول عندنا كتاب عمر بن الخطاب في صدقة الإبل فلم يسألنا عنه أحد حتى قدم علينا عمر بن عبد العزيز فأرسلنا به إليه فكان في الكتاب الذي كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز حين بعثهم يصدقون أن ليس في الإبل صدقة حتى يبلغ خمسا
