Hadith 5:996
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from al-Muthanna, he said: A letter from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz was read to us: "And a Muslim shall not be charged tithes (ushr) on wine."
