Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:15

Zakariya ibn Yahya al-Wasiti narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb narrated to us, he said: Anas narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he would enter the privy, he would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith)."
