Hadith 130:20
Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, Mubarak, the freed slave of Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb, narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The likeness of my nation is like a river from which one bathes five times; what could possibly remain of his filth upon him? He stands for ablution, and he washes his hands, so every sin his hands touched falls away. He rinses his mouth, and every sin his tongue spoke falls away. Then he washes his face, and every sin his eyes looked at falls away. Then he wipes his head, and every sin his ears heard falls away. Then he washes his feet, and every sin his feet walked toward falls away."
