Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:23

Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr narrated to us, Mubarak narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Shall I not inform you of the worst among you?" They said: "Yes." He said: "The worst among you is the one whose evil is feared and from whom no good is expected. And the best among you is the one from whom good is expected and whose evil is not feared."
