Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:27

'Ali ibn al-Ja'd narrated to us, Shu'bah, Hammad ibn Salamah, and Hushaym informed us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Suhayb, who said: Anas ibn Malik narrated to us, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that when he would enter the privy, he would say: "I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith)."
