Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:35

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, from Anas, that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Eat the suhur (pre-dawn meal), for indeed there is blessing in the suhur."
