Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:44

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, Zakariyya ibn Yahya ibn 'Amarah narrated to us, he said: I heard 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Suhayb from Anas, that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he would enter the privy, he would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith)."
