Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 130:53

Ishaq narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), when he would enter the privy, he would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith)."
