Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 166:8

Muhammad ibn Abdullah narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn al-Fadl, he said: Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Ja'far, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to wear his ring on his right hand.
