Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 151:73

I prayed with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), Abu Bakr, and Umar, and they did not raise their hands except at the opening of the prayer. Muhammad said: And they did not raise their hands after the first takbir.
