Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 151:93

Abu Kurayb narrated to us, Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash, from Asim, from Zirr, from Abdullah, who said: I was in the mosque praying, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered, and with him were Abu Bakr and Umar. I recited Surah an-Nisa, and when I finished, I sat down. I began by praising Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) and sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then I supplicated for myself. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Ask, and you shall be given; ask, and you shall be given." Then he said: "Whoever wishes to recite the Quran fresh as it was revealed, let him recite it as Ibn Umm Abd recites it." He said: I returned to my house, and Abu Bakr came to me and said: "Do you remember anything of what you were supplicating?" I said: "Yes, 'O Allah, I ask You for faith that does not turn back, and bliss that does not run out, and the companionship of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the highest eternal Paradise.'" He said: Then Umar also came to me and gave me glad tidings.
