Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:110

Sa'id ibn Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Umawi narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, from Musa ibn Uqbah, from Salim, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "I saw the people gathered for the reckoning. Abu Bakr stood up and drew a bucket or two, and in his drawing there was weakness, and may Allah forgive him. Then Umar stood up, and it (the bucket) transformed into a large bucket, and I have not seen a genius among the people who could perform his feat, until the people watered their camels and rested them." He said: The genius is the hired worker.
