Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:14

From al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Five [creatures]—there is no blame upon the one who kills them within the Sacred Precinct (al-Haram) or while in the state of Ihram: the mouse, the crow, the kite, the scorpion, and the biting dog."
