Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:16

And from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Indeed, Allah forbids you from swearing by your fathers." Umar said: "By Allah, I have not sworn by them since [hearing this], neither as one who relates it nor as one who mentions it."
