Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:6

And from his father, he said: I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he began the prayer, he would raise his hands level with his shoulders. And when he bowed, and when he rose [from bowing], but he would not raise them between the two prostrations.
