Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:66

And from Salim, from his father, attributing it to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said upon the pulpit: "Whoever among you comes to the Friday [prayer], let him perform ghusl (a ritual bath)."
