Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:67

Amr ibn Muhammad al-Naqid narrated to us, Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) raising his hands when he commenced the prayer, raising his hands to his shoulders. And when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing. And he would not raise them between the two prostrations.
