Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 153:94

'Abd al-A'la ibn Hammad al-Narsi narrated to us, Wahib narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Salim ibn 'Abd Allah, from his father, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said: "Whoever sells a slave who has wealth, then his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise]. And whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, then their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise]."
