Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 72:1

Bishr ibn al-Walid al-Kindi narrated to us, Yazid ibn 'Ata' narrated to us, from Bayan ibn Bishr, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Abu Shahm—and he was a man of leisure—who said: A slave girl passed by me on one of the roads of Medina, so I reached out with my hand toward her waist. When the next day came, the people came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to pledge allegiance to him, and I came to him. I extended my hand to pledge allegiance to him, but he withdrew his hands and said, "Are you the one who did the 'jubaydhah' (the quick grab) yesterday?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, accept my pledge of allegiance; I will never do it again." He said, "Then yes, in that case."
