Hadith 1:102

Ishaq ibn Isma'il narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Zayd ibn Yuthay', from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent him with [the chapter of] Bara'ah to the people of Makkah: "No polytheist shall perform Hajj after this year, and no naked person shall circumambulate the House, and no soul shall enter Paradise except a Muslim soul. Whoever has a treaty between himself and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then his term is until his [specified] duration. And Allah is free from the polytheists, and His Messenger." He said: He traveled with it for three [days], then he said to 'Ali: "Follow him, and bring Abu Bakr back, and deliver it [yourself]." He said: So he did that. He said: When Abu Bakr came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he wept and said: "O Messenger of Allah, has something happened regarding me?" He said: Then he said: "Nothing has happened regarding you except good, except that I was commanded that it should not be delivered except by me or a man from me."
