Hadith 1:112
Al-Qawariri narrated to us, Muhammad bin Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani saying: I heard al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying: When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) came from Makkah to al-Madinah, Suraqah bin Malik bin Ju'shum followed him. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) supplicated against him, so his horse sank into the ground. He said: "Supplicate to Allah for me, and I will not harm you." He said: So he supplicated to Allah for him. He said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) became thirsty, and they passed by a shepherd. Abu Bakr al-Siddiq said: So I took a cup and milked a small amount of milk for the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). I brought it to him, and he drank until I was satisfied.
