Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 85:1

Harun ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Wahb narrated to us, Makhramah informed us, from his father, from Sa'id ibn Nafi' who said: Abu Hubayrah al-Ansari, a companion of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), saw me while I was praying the Duha prayer when the sun had risen. He criticized that for me and forbade me from it. Then he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Do not pray until the sun has risen, for it rises between the horns of a devil."
