From al-Awza'i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, he said: Abu Salamah narrated to me, Abu Hurairah narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no prophet and no governor except that he has two inner circles: an inner circle that commands him to do good and forbids him from evil, and an inner circle that does not spare him from corruption. Whoever is protected from their evil has been protected, and he belongs to whichever of the two prevails over him."
