Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:2

Ahmad ibn Isa al-Masri narrated to us, Ibn Wahb informed us, he said: Yunus ibn Yazid informed me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "You must use the black seed, for indeed in it is a cure for every disease, except the Sam (death)."
