Hadith 155:204

Abu Kurayb narrated to us, 'Abdah narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, from al-Mughirah ibn Abi Labid, from Ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "A woman entered the Fire because of a cat; she tied it up and did not feed it, nor did she give it water to drink, nor did she release it to eat from the vermin of the earth, until it died in its bonds. And a prostitute entered Paradise; she passed by a dog at a well, wanting water and unable to reach it, being thirsty. So she took off her leather sock or her boot, and tied it to her waist-wrapper or her head-covering, then she drew water for it and gave it to drink until she quenched its thirst."
