Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:22

Muhammad ibn 'Abbad al-Makki narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Ubayd Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Habib, from 'Amr ibn Haram, from Jabir ibn Zayd, who said: Abu Hurayrah used to say: I traveled with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and with Abu Bakr and 'Umar. All of them prayed, from the time they left Medina until they returned to it, two rak'ahs during the journey and during the stay in Mecca.
