Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:286

Abu Kurayb narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Mufaddal ibn Yunus, from al-Awza'i, from Abu Yasar al-Qurashi, from Abu Hashim, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw a mukhannath (effeminate man) who had dyed his feet with henna. He said, "What is the matter with this one?" It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, he is imitating women." He said, "So he ordered him to be exiled to al-Naqi'." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall we kill him?" He said, "I have been forbidden from killing those who pray." And al-Naqi' is a region of Medina, and it is not al-Baqi'.
